ReactRecorder Support

Help with recording, exporting, purchases, and account-free access.

For assistance, email us with a short description of the issue, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Please do not attach private or copyrighted media unless it is necessary to explain the problem.

Camera or microphone is unavailable

Open iPhone Settings, find ReactRecorder, and enable Camera and Microphone access. Return to the app and try recording again.

Cannot import or save media

Check ReactRecorder’s Photos permission in iPhone Settings. Make sure the device has enough available storage, then try the import or export again.

Restore a purchase

Open the ReactRecorder Pro screen and tap Restore. Confirm that the device is signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple manages subscription billing and refunds.

Manage or cancel a subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and select ReactRecorder. A cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the current paid period ends.

Free usage

ReactRecorder includes three free video exports each week. Pro unlocks unlimited reaction videos, Full HD exports, and removes the recording-length limit.
